Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your My Next Day Ear for any reason, simply ship the product back to the return address on the receipt/paid invoice enclosed in the package--We allow thirty days from your receipt of the product. We will credit your account the full price of the product (less $19.95 shipping, handling & processing fees).

My Next Day Ear respects your privacy. We'll use your e-mail address only when we are confirming your Internet order, or notifying you of changes/updates to the site or other news. We do not make our email list or mailing list available to other companies.
